Hi. Im trying to complete Tropy Hunting achievement. Now im searching for Wintersbane Huntress in caverns of frost - act 3 ( wiki says its rigth location ). i killed rare and named lacuni females there like 20 times and still dont count. Please help me i want to complete all achievements befor diablo 4 release
THIS IS NOT A BUG
There is no way to just wave a wand and have her spawn.
First, make sure you are in “Caverns of Frost” and not “Icy Caverns”. They both spawn at the same locations, but only Caverns of Frost has the mobs you want.
Then, just run it over and over, and be sure to hit every little corner in both level 1 & 2.
Just wait until you do “Irreplaceable You”, I have 1 mob left, that I have never seen in 3 years…
I’m sure I’m doing a good dungeon. There are yetis and giant bulls in the ice caves. I’m doing the other one. But I guess I was killing the wrong monsters. I killed Chiltara and Zelus the Grasping and they are unique with a pink name. I need a mob with yellow. My mistake it seems
I blew my chance to get the “all unique” achievement when my lady was playing and encountered that Ebenzer Samuel thing; she asked me if I wanted to join and I responded with “nope” and he’s never reappeared…
Oh well. I’m not actively trying to get them since I don’t care enough to bother.
You are correct to search there. Wintersbane Huntresses can spawn in the Caverns of Frost Level 1 or Level 2.
Correct. Chiltara and Zelusa are both Wintersbane Huntresses and both are Unique (not Rare). Their names are purple (above their heads, on screen). Their names are pale yellow in the Chat Window.
Keep trying. You’ll get them.
The good thing is: You can do this in Adventure Mode. Just keep fishing for the Bounties to Kill Chiltara or Clear the Caverns of Frost. If you get any Bounties that reference the Icefall Caves, you might as well restart you game. Of course, if you don’t get Bounties for either dungeon, you could just go look for the Caverns of Frost. (Your choice).

And put the Nemesis bracers on a follower – this will give you more elite mobs if a shrine is encountered there.
