I think season 24 broke the game. On my seasonal character over 15 treasure goblins are spawning in at a time when I’m in standard nephalem rifts it doesn’t happen all the time about every other rift I do. I’m playing on Xbox one if that helps.
This is normal. It is called a Goblin pack.
You just got lucky and got several in a row.

You should be happy. Mo gobs is mo mobs of gobs which means mo money and less probs.
I finally got the cow rift and was able to kill the Lord of Bells. And, naturally, the King dropped a Primal Bovine Bardiche. Too bad that item is effectively meaningless as there is no bonus effect.
