Hello! I recently discovered I no longer have access to the Infernal Helm Transmog, as well as the Visage of the betrayer transmog in Diablo 3. I had some account issues where my account was hacked and lost for well over 6 months and recovered some time ago, so Im unsure if there is any relation, however I cant seem to come up with any other explanation for the situation. Thank you! If you can tell me of a way to re-acquire these items that would be incredible. Thanks!
Sorry to hear that. Did support help you out. If they did and couldn’t get everything back. Then you have to start all over again. Yes it sucks but at lease you got your account. The cosmetic wings might the hardest to get back.
I have 2 accounts and on my Davey account I really never got them from her. I did get them from a gift that were dropping one season. The Davey account has been here from day 1 too.
On this account BigRed I have had them 3 times. It is all luck in this game on what you get.
I did contact them yeah. So far its still being talked through. One of the GMs instructed me to come here as it would be a line of communication with blizzards “QA Team”.
Just to clarify, Bug Report forums (across all Bliz games) are one way communication only. QA doesn’t typically respond.
They have been known post only when asking for more info on a given report. That’s about it.
