What build will be easier to solo clear GR150 in S28?
Tal’s by far…best S28 build.
Tal’s is a better overall build, but Trags is both more powerful and a better survivor.
If all you want is the easiest, quickest GR150 then it should be Trags.
Trag - speedbuild for fast GR 90-110, bounty and Nefalem rifts.
Tal - push GR, nighmares.
That way I played S27, that way I’m gonna play S28. But who knows, maybe altar powers will skyrocket Trag up 
(I didn’t play PTR, I dunno)

Tal Rasha because you don’t have to save a pylon for single target RGs.
Trag is terrible with single target so you always save a pylon for the RG. And the boss fight still takes forever.

On topic: Trang-oul is easier if you get lucky with pylons, Tal Rasha kills boss faster.

He is a Frenchman, born and bred.
He speaks a French version of English that is soft and hard to understand by many.
Have you ever heard an Indian from India speak English?
They speak what us Americans called India English.
I’ve traveled all over this world and lived on different continent’s.
Always, English is third or fourth for many that are born and lived their lives outside America.
Many comedians from other countries have versions of the Spanglish or Manglish or any of other hundreds of mother tongue (non English) speaking their version of English which is a long way from true English.
Bottom line on Trang vs. Tal is Trang is not HC viable.

German
French (depends on which side of the mountain range they live on)
Italian
English
And they are fluent in all of them.
