Not entirely sure if this would belongs in the suggestion section, but I’ve always wondered, is there a way to actually track what legendaries have already been extracted via Kanai’s Cube?
I’ve slowly been filling out the legendary power list, and it gets to be quite a hassle to have to try to check through your powers list to see if you already extracted a legendary, especially due to limited stash space. It’d be great if there was an icon on the item itself that showed that status, as it’d make it a lot easier to manage items.
Theres an orange diamond on the item itself. If the diamond is filled in you have it extracted in the cube. Keep in mind though some legendary powers cannot be extracted but will still display that orange diamond.
@henry, I’m taking a look now, but I might be a bit blind, as I’m having a hard time seeing anything different between an item I know I’ve extracted and one I haven’t. You wouldn’t happen to have a screenshot of that diamond icon, would you?
@Orrion, the big issue is that, since you’ve only got 350 slots, if you can’t tell what you’ve already extracted (and don’t have legendary mats to extract it at the moment), you end up taking up space hoarding things for when you are ready to extract. Just to then find out that that space could have been put to use for something else as you had already extracted it. With one character it doesn’t matter much, but it feels like those slots are super limited with any more than that.
Ah, gotcha. Thanks. Yeah, it looks like that happens to be a PC only feature at the moment then. That’s unfortunate. Hope they do add that to the console versions eventually then.
It most definitely is a feature atleast on the PS4 version of Diablo 3. I’m looking at it right now. If you have the item cubed it should show on the uncubed item as a filled in diamond next to the text of the legendary buff on the item.
