'Touch of death' event (Act 5)

I found this place few time, but dont have this event.

  1. ‘cursed forum’ x 2 times

  2. ‘Nothing’ (yes, no quest no event showing on middle right, but still have punisher and kill the boss)

  3. ‘Touch of death’ event (not yet)

is it in adventure or bounties ? or very rare ? or bugs ?

only left this event to complete Act 5 100%.

please help !

  • Finally get this event in bounties, but still showing Act 5 88% complete, when is the 12% ???

Touch of death is EXTREMELY rare. I am searching it for months. This is the last event for me to find in total. Stupidly rare. Like 0.00001% chance. Bliz, why you doing this???

I’ve been after this event for years now, not like trying to farm for it or anything, but have been out at times looking for it specifically. It’s the last of the Sightseeing Events of Act V, that I need for full achievement completion, currently at 97% Campaign completion.
