Hi all, is it me or the perk of the Crusader shield “Torrential Refrain” is not working at all?
The description say: “Condemn now immediately detonates all of its damage on the enemies it hits.” but using Condemn with it seems to have no effect.
Condemn seem to just work as its default behaviour.
Anyone else can confirm this?
Tested on 2 different charcters…
