  • Life per Hit 0.00
  • Life per Kill 8093.00
  • Health Globe Healing Bonus 0.00
  • Bonus to Gold/Globe Radius 7.00

You have zero life per second, which is why you’re regenerating zero life per second.

I do not understand, my “Regeneration” stat in the EQ definitely says, that my regeneration is positive. lol

It’s positive because you have some Life Per Kill, i.e. you’d recover some health when you kill mobs. If you get some Life Per Hit, you could also change the rune on your Zombie Dogs into Leeching Beasts which does this…

Your Zombie Dogs heal you for 100% of your Life On Hit with every attack.

Your health isn’t regenerating out of combat is because you have zero life per second. This is not a bug.
