Time for a new consumable?

Currently we have Ramaladni’s gift which is essential to optimizing your weapon slot. What if we added a few more consumables with similar goals. For example,

~Reroll the legendary affix of an item. Got a legendary that has good properties but a bad roll on the legendary affix? Here’s an opportunity to fix that.

~Reroll the random properties on jewelry. Amulet RNG in particular is very frustrating, here’s a 2nd crack at it.

~Primal Ancient consumable (with the rarity of a primal ancient), upgrades your item to primal ancient, keeping its current properties but maxing their values.

^^For these I imagine we would need a restriction to one consumable use per item e.g you can’t reroll the legendary affix on an item more than once and if you use one consumable on an item you can’t use a different one on it too.

~Consumable for a cube recipe to convert Forgotten Souls into Deaths Breath and v/v

~Consumable to optionally use for crafting gear making them ancient when produced

~Consumable to increase the lvl of a legendary gem by 5 (can’t go above it’s max)

What do you guys think? Personally I think once you get to the point where you are speed running 90s the legendary farming becomes secondary to the paragon farming since getting an actual upgrade becomes more rare. It would be nice to throw in a few opportunities to improve some items you get that would otherwise be totally useless and increase the chance of getting an upgrade. None of the consumables actually increase the maximum power level of an item like Ramaladni’s gift does but it would give us more chances to optimize what we do find.

No, nothing you suggested adds ANYTHING at all to the game other than to make it slightly easier with no added benefits. Not trolling but, honestly everything you noted is easily accomplished by ACTUALLY playing the game.

I’d say the one for rerolling the legendary affix could acceptable but all other suggestions are just completely unnecessary.

Yes, the point is that as you go up in GRs it gets increasingly difficult to obtain any sort of upgrade for your gear so these consumables would give you some more options in getting an upgrade. I’m not trying to invent a new game mode or anything.

The line that its easily accomplished by playing the game… I mean whats the point of Kadala? It’s the same idea just targeting rolls on gear.

That’s what bounties are for and rerolling a secondary set in the cube to get primals is for.

Yea but why shouldn’t there be overlap similar to blood shards/kadala? They don’t invalidate bounties or rerolling for primals.

Honestly, there is no need to add new consumable. Devs can easily use ramaldani’s and add recipes to cube . For example amulet + 5x ramaldani = socket to amulet, or ring. I would give even 50 of them to upgrade legendary to primal. I end up with 60+ each season.

Not necessary a new consumable. A new recipe to Kanai’s Cube using one Ramaladni’s Gift plus one ring or amulet and some legendary gem with rank of 50 or more will make the item able to reroll once and for all at Mystic. After this, you can´t use this recipe again in this same item.

I do agree that it would be cool to have a secondary use for Ramaladni’s Gift in the form of a cube recipe but I think adding a few more consumables would benefit the legendary farming process by adding items to the pool that have more of a translational value to the other items that also drop.

Would been nice but Ramaladni should have the drop rate lowered or we gonna keep getting tons of consumables without use
