Throwing ax effect?

I have a Barbarian that has an effect of when I am fighting the character not only hits the target but also throws axes at distant enemies. I have tried to find what makes this effect but I cannot find it. Anyone know about this? If needed I can get a screenshot.

Duhhhh, I don’t know how I missed that… Uhhh, sometimes I can be so dippy. Thanks so much. Just out of curiosity, is there any other way to get this, such as no cube yet?

Frenzy has a rune that gives a chance to throw an axe.

Thanks, anyone know the best place or chance to get the Stalgard’s Decimator?

One more throwing item:

Sash of Knives](Sash of Knives - Game Guide - Diablo III)

With every attack, you throw a dagger at a nearby enemy for 622% weapon damage as Physical. [500 - 650]%

Stalgards is a random drop btw. Convert item in cube is best, if you really want it.
