Nev, take some advice from me. Ignore these kind of posts and these kind of people. They’re selfish, ignorant, and arrogant. They only think of themselves and their instant gratification of everything.
Don’t take this post seriously, and don’t give these people too much of your time. Focus on what’s more important than answering someone crying because they can’t figure out what to do besides video games.

Just 1 thing. At Blizzcon, the Monk 6 Pieces Set reads “Increases All damage…” , while in the Patch Notes it increases the 15k damage only to Sweeping Wind. Intended ?
No, please no apology. No sensible player is going to blame you for that insanely short window of time between PTR ending, Blizzcon and Season ending with DI and a D4 announcement with communication on D3.
You did the absolute best you could with the short time you were given and we appreciate everything you do!

One thing Nev. I know it’s probably out of reach for any hot fix (maybe not 
) but I wanted to link you to Ulmaguests videos on how Wrath of the Wastes is performing without the Lamentation buff which is not good especially for casual players.
Everybody says they cleared 147 and they cleared 150 4 man with 3 zdps…
But nobody’s mentioning that those players have 7k plus Paragons!
I’ll bet you it will look otherwise in s19!
And now I know you’re going to come back with (yeah probably but with the season buff it will be even easier to reach 140+ solo!) but I think most classes with the season buff are going to clear higher than before.
Let us for the sake of baby jesus have some fun and not always be restricted to the same lame meta season after season after season

Blizzcon was over 11 days ago. They’ve had more than enough time to prepare the S19 launch accordingly, especially after how porous the D3 announcement/updates were at Blizzcon.

The problem is the leaderboard from era 11/patch 2.6.6 that just finished. Wizards and necromancers were nerfed in patch 2.6.7.

I did and I am. She took the time and effort to communicate prior to Blizzcon and right after Blizzcon when she was sick. Would y’all have preferred no communication at all? Because that was a common thing in years past.
Also some love for the Monk set.
I don’t get why noone is upset by that aswell. It’s super clunky and needs further adjustment.
let the barbs and crusaders have their fun, its just a videogame, powerfull overtuned chars is what makes a game fun sometimes, its just one season, what do u have to lose…, why deny people their fun , the fun police needs to be locked up and the key trown away

This is NOT a valid excuse. The reason being, there shouldnt only be ONE person allowed to give updates to the Diablo community!!
Based on your logic, if she got sick for 3 months, would we just not receive an update on DIablo III for 3 months? Is this hows its going to be moving forward? One person to give us updates, based on her schedule and convenience lol.
I think I now finally realize why so many people left Diablo III in the first place.
This level of communication and the absurd excuses we’ve heard over the past few years, is absolutely unreal.

I’m unsure what the motivation for the Dev’s feeling that they “overshot” the WWrend build was, but it’s pretty clear to even a casual like me that they were wrong. If they used DP’s 140 clear and ridiculous rhetoric about higher potential hypothetical clears, then that was a huge mistake and we can all see it now.
If, for some reason they are hoping to take away the barb focus now and then use this (lamitation buff) as a carrot later when they get their new set patch, this is also a mistake. you will lose a percentage of that base and they will not come back, ever.
Critical time here. You can give in - even a little - and reverse a huge error in judgement with the nerf. OR you can irreversibly put your foot in it and then spend the next 6 months trying to make it up to barbs.
Give back the 200% buff on the belt, it’s a no brainer. it’s costs nothing (since it was already programmed and intended).
Just once, pick the path that pleases both sides. it’s not as difficult as you as a company have been making it seem lately.

Re-buff the barbs lamentation belt, the wiz’s chantodos bonus, and leave the sader’s alone. Finally saders have a spot in the high level meta-group. Let us have fun with more buffs and no nerfs.

Last season no one complained about wiz clearing 145 with 5k Paragon
