Been playing for hours, then suddenly about 90 mins ago this started and hasn’t stopped.

Just to add my voice to this as well - been unable to join any t16 rift groups since season start. Can join every other form of t16 group, just not rifts.
I’ve got the same issue on public T16 Rifts only.
Yep - same issue, Can’t search for Torment XVI Rifts in public… also creating private game and opening it up has no effect
Can search and join for all other game types at this Torment
This is incredibly annoying 
Guess no public bounty runs for me
Having this issue now too. Can’t join public GR groups.
Started getting the same error about 30 minutes ago for everything but Key Wardens and Brawling.
