There isn't a forum for D Immortal. So, here

Can you change your class as much as you want in Diablo Immortal? I thought about trying out necromancer. I’ve been playing barbarian. D Immortal has been fun.

And I’d like more stash tabs that you can unlock with gold so I can use different classes with same character. I can use same paragon in D Immortal for switching classes.

And after 900 paragon, I’d like there to be added more paragon for primary stat of str, dex, or int and vit and as there is unlimited paragon in D3, that causes me to still like playing D3. I think D4 will be what is somewhat missing in D3 that will cause me to play D4 for hours for more fun.

And rifts match to level 60 even. So, do rift match to paragon level or stop at level 60?

Yes, you can switch to other classes every 7 days at Westmarch with your current character without starting a new character. Once you changed your class, you can’t switch back to your original class after 7 days.

You will retain your current paragon level, combat rating, and stat. The game will give your new reservist gear so your new class can immediately fight at the current difficulty after you switched to another class. The only thing you need to do is farm and extract legendary essence for your new class.

You can change class at SELYNNE’s BASILICA:

Elder Rift is based on your character (or party) combat rating.

Challenge Rift has a fixed combat rating on every floor.

They said that they will keep adding a new paragon trees in the future, and D3 paragon level isn’t unlimited. It is capped at P20000.

Best way to play diablo immortal is use the uninstall button… It’s a goofball game, it was a terrible release at blizzcon and will forever be the worst thing to make

Cavil, D:($) is a lot more fun than D3. There is more to do.

It is getting content updates on a regular basis, new loot, at least one new class (Blood Knight) is inbound.

D:($) got a new exploration zone (Stormount) after 6 months. It has a D2 style dungeon in the Castle of Cyrangar, that we got within 90 days of launch.

You can PvP in the Ancient Arena, or in the Vault if you are into that. If you are into group events, you can join a clan, and participate in PvP in the Shadow Wars that culminate in the Rite of Exile.

If you don’t want to join a clan, you can still play with random players in the Helliquary, as well as the battlegrounds. And if you actually learn the victory conditions in the battlegrounds, you can outperform the whales.

Turns out buying power doesn’t really matter because the whales are too stupid to actually learn the victory conditions and adjust their play style to match. Seriously, the largest whales have victory rates of less than 50% - whereas a freeloader that actually understands the victory conditions can have a win rate in the 70% range.

If you are into theory crafting, D:($) is orders of magnitude better than D3, because we get new gear & legendary gems at a quarterly cadence. There are so many ways to get power that doesn’t require a CC; just a willingness to grind - which is what the Diablo franchise is all about.

Added bonus - the devs actually listen and make adjustments to the game on a regular basis.

D:($) isn’t even a finished game it’s still in beta

Isn’t that just called still adding stuff because game isn’t finished yet

So when is the game leaving development and being released as an actual product

That is not true. It released in June.

This is what every MMO is doing nowadays.

Even D4 will continue adding contents and story quest over time thru patch.

There is nothing called “finish” in live service game today. It is only “finish” if the developers stop doing it.

What a load of rubbish it has OPEN BETA written in the top right corner of the screen so NOT finished

The PC client is still in “beta”. Netease says that so they don’t have to prioritize issues with it. The reality is that most D:($) aren’t on a PC, they are on a phone.

That is why D:($) isn’t going anywhere when D4 launches - most of the folks that play D:($) don’t have a PC for gaming.

There used to be an online game a while back called “The Godfather Five Families” that was open beta too. It is quite interesting if you investigate the legalities of similar games that are basically glorified casinos that give no financial return and only make a pure profit.

It is basically an unfinished finished game. Try suing them. The BETA gives them more protection than a finished game because it basically means “still in development”. So they can cancel, stop development, remove it offline forever, completely change the gameplay, and pretty much do whatever they want and nobody can do a thing about it.

Additionally, I think the open beta is only showing on the PC version. I could be wrong there though.

Do you mean this?

The game is not in beta, the PC client is. They are still trying to optimize the PC UI and fixing PC bug.

The PC client (mouse/keyboard etc.) are technically called a beta. But the game that the PC client runs, is not in beta. That is fact.

Do you mean Diablo Immortal? Because it looked and was fun to play. Looks like Diablo Immortal matches to level when fighting monsters. Someone shared power level numbers. So, that is interesting. I like my barbarian level 60 with 12 paragon in Diablo Immortal.

Yes, I just refer to it as D:($) rather than D:(I) because people whine about the monetization.

I am having a blast with it myself. I am a Dark Clan leader (Sorc - Para 424) and this sorta, MMO is a lot more fun than I thought it would be.
