From Yesterday, When I try to go to DIABLO SHOP/COLLECTION (press F1) , I get the message as follows. “The Shop is Down. You Only Have Access to Your Collection.” Any solutions? I finished Scan and Repair.

Wait until the shop is up? Not sure why you think this is a bug. You still have access to your cosmetics.
And you can still purchase games via their website.
I got this message as well but I was in-game, in town and accidentally clicked on my wardrobe but that message popped up. I clicked “OK” , it disappeared and I was able to access my wardrobe…

Same here, when i click on the collection icon on the bottem right side i get that msg too, but i just click ok and i can switch my pets and wings as usual.

I’m having this problem too. FOR SEVERAL DAYS. As for the person who said “I don’t know why you think this is a bug” so … you think it’s normal to have this problem IN-GAME FOR DAYS IN A ROW?!? Common says tells the smart ones it might be a bug for the simple reason that IT NORMALLY WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPENING DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY. I agree with the person who said it would have been fixed by now.
As for the person that said, “If you want to buy a game just click on the Shop button on top of this page” … we are talking about Diablo items in the in-game wardrobe, for example, wings and pets that are not already owned, when the shop is not down we are able to get them in-game, when it is down we are not. Nobody attempts to buy another game while in the wardrobe of a game they’re playing.
If we wanted to buy another battle.net game we would not be trying to do so by clicking on the wardrobe while playing Diablo. When the shop is down IN-GAME we only have access to our collection. I checked this site to see if I could get new pets, wings, etc the way I can when the shop IN-GAME is not down and I couldln’t find anywhere where I could.
If you know where the Diablo 3 wardrobe shop is on a website please provide a link here so those of us having a problem with this in-game can go to it. That would be more helpful than just saying “just wait for the shop not to be down”.
Again, for the person that said “just wait for the shop not to be down” are you lacking in common sense? Or do you think that those having this problem is? I DID wait, I did not rush to the forum to find a fix seconds or minutes after first having this problem, and I assure you MOST others didn’t as well. I waited to see if the shop would go back up. I waited a day, checked and it was still down, I waited a second day, checked and it was still down, third day checked and it was still down … I checked again today and it is STILL DOWN. Get the picture?
When so many days go by and the problem is STILL there, IT IS NORMAL to wonder if it is a bug. It is not normal to assume that everyone posting on a forum for help just ‘didn’t wait long enough’.
This is still a problem In-Game (again for the ‘dumb-dumbs’ not trying to purchase a game in the Diablo 3 in-game wardrobe, rolls-eyes), I am hoping the shop will be up again soon regardless of whether or not it’s a bug or if this site just (for some stupid reason) didn’t get around to fixing it yet.
Correct. The Diablo 3 items from the Anniversary pack are not in game yet and won’t be for a while. Likely tied to an announcement at Opening Ceremonies.
For anyone who wants to wait and see what they are, the pack stays in the Shop until September. Plenty of time to make educated decisions.
