The question is how can I get Bottled Smoke and bottle cloud?

These are the paints for the D3 Collector’s Edition
but I bought the Eternal Collection, others cannot be purchased

Bottled Smoke and Cloud dyes

By the way, this thread does not belong in the Technical Support Forum. (General Discussion Forum would have been better).

no no this is just a technical problem. There is content in the game but there is no access to it. I would like to hear how you can get it because you can’t get it using the usual methods of buying it or selecting it from a mob.

No, it’s not.

The technical support forum is for community based help to solve issues such as installation, crashes and disconnects.

The issue you are referring to is either a bug (ie, you can’t get it)… or just a wish that you could get it (ie, feedback).

I don’t think it’s a bug – all you need to do is purchase a unopened D3 Collector’s Edition box.

I think it’s feedback so it belongs to General Discussion.
If you think it’s a bug, then you need to post it in Bug Report… not here.

This edition is not available in the Blizzard store, what’s wrong?!

Evidently, it was a limited edition item and is no longer available.

This is what you’re looking for: Diablo III Collector’s Edition

Exclusive In-Game Content

Diablo III - Aesthetic Artifacts

Call forth glowing angel wings, unfurl an exclusive banner sigil, and dye your armor sets with the Bottled Cloud or Bottled Smoke items.

World of Warcraft - Fetish Shaman Pet

Journey throughout the World of Warcraft with the fetish shaman at your side.

StarCraft II - Battle.net Portraits

Display your status as a hero of the mortal realms with an exclusive army decal and three Diablo-themed Battle.net portraits.

If it means that much to you, used copies can be found on Amazon and ebay.

Warning!   Used copies may not include all items. So, check with the seller first.

Note: The links above are for North America (US). It looks like you’re in Europe.

Due to it being a physical item, there were a finite number of them. They are simply sold out and have been for over a decade.

For future reference, as others have said, the General Discussion forum would be a better place for this question. See Perusoe’s post above on how to move threads.
