Hello, I have the following problem: I upgraded one of my characters to level 70 and completely passed the game and the add-ons, but the level of difficulty above 6 tortures did not open, what could be the problem?
If you mean above “Torment 6”, higher torment levels for public games only will open if you clear specified GR levels.
Also, any character under level 70 can not play in a game that is above torment 6 even if another character on the same account is level 70.
This is not a bug.

You haven’t completed a sufficiently high solo GR to access the equivalent public group Torment difficulties…
