I read from a few sources blizzard would be there but since that I’ve heard nothing from it. Even ign confirmed it.

He might be talking about the IGN Summer of Gaming but on this forum you never know.
I believe the event is over on the 25th. IGN is proud to announce that Ubisoft, Blizzard, and more are the latest additions to the Summer of Gaming line-up. We’re also happy to say that Blizzard will be making an appearance during the month, too.
