Vyr is my favorite Wizard build but I don’t like the mechanic of Chantodo. I saw a Tal Rasha build centered around the Archon and tested it. It is cool but fragile.
Out of curiosity, I tried to mix the 2p Tal Rasha with the 6 Vyr. I got something functional but it lacks damages because I couldn’t integrate The Smoldering Core.
I’ll let you judge for yourself :
Seems pretty weak GR100 should be pretty much one shots all around for it to be anywhere near other builds.
Yeah no Tal Rasha 6pc just needs a large boost, they clearly don’t want all the hybrids like TalVyrs ect to come back to life, they made it very clear they wanted the power coming from the 6pc, even on our generic sets. If we want double sets, we use the crafted sets.
They’ve slowly removed all classes from using double sets like this from viability, I don’t see them reversing course.
I tried it a few days ago, Tal2 Vyr’s felt a good 15+ GRs weaker than a pure Tal’s Meteor setup.
I also tried LoD Meteors and that felt very meh to me.
One simple solution, make a meteor boost belt or wizard hat to compete with Archon, problem solved
