The dreaded s27 conquests

for the conquests refer to this link

https://d3.maxroll.gg/resources/conquests

the 2 easiest by far will be 50 million gold streak and solo 45 no set…the others are a pain in the butt for me personally so a little tip. do the 2 that are easiest for you then do the 3rd HC or SC depending which one you completed 2 conquests. For example I’m doing the 2 mentioned on SC then will make a HC character and probably do 50 million steak.

T10 bosses in 20 minutes is totaly doable with a fast character like Inna, or FB wizz.

Boss Mode isn’t too hard. But a lot of people don’t realize that Vidian can be skipped, which adds quite a bit of extra time.

Always forgot him anyways so…

Boss mode seems to be perceived as a group conquest, but I think not needing coordination and allowing to skip the confirmation dialogs are a huge help:

  • Start in act V with Adria or Urzual bounty. If not there, remake, otherwise do bounty
  • Finish off Malthael and Adria/Urzual. If both Urzual and Adria took a lot of time, remake
  • Finish act IV-III-I-II
  • Conquest done

Curses is easy as, especially if you got a buddy and the patience to search for the bounty…

There will be no curses in S27 soo… What?

Yeah thought so, crappy website makes no sense. Could have made it better than making some of them have green text.

I feel like just those two takes almost all the frustration out of the conquest. It isn’t really hard, you just need to try a few times and starting with those means you lose like 5 minutes instead of a full run by doing 1-5.

The ones people complain about are typically Queen Aranae + Adria.

Queen Aranae is always a loop, with the entrances being to the west and east in the loop.

Adria has a loop also. Typically, I’ll just run straight until I see 2 cross sections going in the same direction, and take any exit that goes in the opposite direction.

With GoD DH I’ve managed it even hitting a loop on Adria. I found it stressful the first time but never failed it. Takes far less time than the cursed chest one where you fish for a particular Act V bounty. Or the campaign one.

Yes, I always do seasons both in SC and HC, so it should be fine.

Maxroll guide suggested to go for the Ruins, Passage of Corvus or the Firstborn Temple to streak 50m gold, but there’s another place that can work too and you don’t have to kite for long. Instead of trying to topple a huge monster aggro at narrow corridors of Temple or Corvus, just focus on grabbing yourself a Bovine Bardiche and enter the Not-the-Cow level.
Bardiche can easily be achieved by rare Polearm upgrades to legendary at the Cube, if it’s not readily available to your class’ loot pool. Run some bounties for materials to upgrade rares and enter a few GRs to reach at least around rank 20-30+ Boon of the Hoarder and watch around 600+ hell bovines throwing themselves at you without any effort or kiting.

Ofcourse that guide works but perhaps you’d be more comfortable without kiting. Going for the Bardiche doesn’t risk a failure when you didn’t have high enough rank Hoarder or when monsters lose your track at maze like structures.
To be sure, you can give Goldskin and Gladiator Gauntlets to your Follower whichever area you chose to stick with. If you’re doing this very early at the season, you may wanna reduce difficulty for it to be faster and have less struggle.

Also another one, irrelevant for this season, but I think there’s a third viable place to complete “Curses!/Stars Align” Conquest. It can also be done in Cursed Spire bounty quest in Act 2 as well, I believe. So that makes 3 places viable for the conquest; Act 3 Cursed Bellows, Act 5 Cursed Peat and Act 2 Cursed Spire. This information can be handy at next season perhaps.

I’ts one of easiest with those conquests.

The real problem is maybe not even the Boss mode conquest, but that for some reason each time it is paired up with that other speed conquest if they are the conquests in a season. Just decoupling those two, so you can see only one per season would already be a great step in right direction.

I’m ready for some new Conquests.

3x Challenge Rifts.
10 primals.
Solo 100 GR with LoD.
Follower kills a boss.
Reforge legendary to an Ancient.
etc

Literally anything but set dungeons.

That’s how I’ve done it each time.

A Boon socketed into a Kymbo’s Gold. A Goldskin on the follower. Then an Avarice Band to auto pick up all the gold on the screen.

A fast spin-to-win char and it’s a piece of cake.

Omg, yes, yes, a million times yes. The cow level is infinitely the easiest way to get the Avarice conquest done.

The bounty way is pretty darn easy as it requires nothing in ways of preparation (leveling boon of the hoarder, specific items). Just don’t open the caches until you have the 31 needed.

The Conquests are not console friendly, although my lady and I have done the 20 bosses thing, once, after about 8 or 9 failures thanks to the winding areas (Adria and Araneae.) Avarice is easy but not fun without double bounties (because then you actually get something useful from doing it) and yeah, no set is easy too as long as you remember no set means no set items, not no set bonuses.

Tried the campaign in under an hour with my fastest character. Didn’t get close to completion mainly because I got sucked into a Whimsy portal because console “stores” button presses and I was “still attacking” after the goblin popped it so… in I went.

Anyway, I’ll probably complete the Journey and may go backwards and do Set dungeons. But that means gearing 3 characters, two of them 4 different times. Pretty much opposite of fun.
