Trying to complete achievment Cursebreaker of Westmarch, and The Cursed Forum doesn’t seem to be spawning. I am finding all other events that happen in Westmarch Commons over and over again, but The Cursed Forum doesn’t spawn once. Why is this such a rare event?! People say it wasn’t working before, but it should be working since patch 2.6 but I have no clue.
It works. I ran into it a season ago. It is just really rare.
Still works on patch 2.6.6a I just found it as bounty today after trying for two weeks.
My setting is normal private game.
The event still occurs, but very rarely (adventure mode).
It seems not to be correlated to any other event or bounty, but does not occur, if “Touch of Death” occurs, because it uses the same map tile.
It took me almost 100 runs in Westmarch Commons for it to show up.
The tile itself spawns only around 10% of the runs and can contain one of several happenings (unique monster, Touch of Death, nothing).
Persistence is the key.

Seriously, people really need to pay attention to the date of the last post before posting themselves.
I’m pretty sure the issue in this thread is no longer relevant to anyone.

Just because something is “no longer relevant” to you, that doesn’t mean it’s irrelevant for everyone else.

Whether it’s relevant or not, necroing a thread without adding anything meaningful is frowned upon.

While that may be so, we are suppose to use one post in general when talking about certain subjects, however we all know that doesn’t happen and people make countless new threads on same old stuff. So its damned if you do use same thread, and damned if you don’t use same thread. I guess the lesser of the 2 evils is just make new threads…
Anyways… my meaningful update which is kinda long time coming…
I completed this event and got my achievement on 11/26/19, so as you can see from my original post it took me ~3.5 months after posting my frustrations to get it. I’m more of a casual, so to the harder grinder, I’m sure it will come faster. Best of Luck!
