Another one from FF14 Band.
I like this one as well.
At the 2:16 timestamp of this video, the whole band kinda froze for few seconds and it was because this very song was played during the in-game boss’s fight, the boss use its ability to stop the time flow for everyone, so the music stopped as well.

Another FF14 song from Primal band.
This song is special because it was created by the lead composer of FF14 when he was diagnosed/battle with cancer in the hospital without letting his team knows about his condition. Due to the COVID lockdown in Japan, so they didn’t see each other for many months, so his team just thought that he was working at home. Only a few selected people such as FF14 Director know about it but decided to keep it a secret because the lead composer requested it.
By the time it was revealed at Live Fanfest 2021, all the clueless team members were kinda mentally broken and cried on stage when he revealed the past.
That is why some lyric in the song hits harder and different as if the lead composer trying to tell himself to stay strong and fight to the end.

What is so amazing about this performance is upon clicking play:
It appears this is a deep love song for a woman’s love lost.
But listening to the lyrics one understands it’s all about growing up in his birth state of South Carolina and moving on as this young man is traveling the world now playing music and writing beautiful songs.
He owes much to his home, hearth and family upbringing, which is where this amazing song comes from.
