Hello, recently I have found that I can run the game much more smoothly on MacOS with higher graphic quality, higher FPS, and really low CPU/GPU/Memory consumption.
Today I know these features are from Patch 2.7.8. I am really happy to see it. I can’t believe it and I even want to cry.

Aside from some translation issues, this patch is indeed very welcome. It’s nice to be able to play certain classes without latencies for displaying items!
None of the chat channels are working for me. NA Server.
Agreed loving the update! Wonder if it means a D4 client could be anywhere on the roadmap?
Issues with french translation.
Some legendary aren’t recognize like The Demon’s Demise, Bombardier, Ninth Cirri, Flavor of Time. The special power is not displayed.

Well, I am crying. It’s super laggy now on my Mac Mini 2014. Was fine before the patch.

As far as lagging on Mac: I noticed after the patch to 2.7.8.97428 that my in-game video settings had changed. The video settings were set to higher options than I had used with the prior patch.
For those on Mac currently experiencing lag, try the following to (hopefully) resolve it:
1.) Write down or take a screen shot of your current in-game video settings (I took a screen shot before the 2.7.8 PTR for personal reference )
2.). Set the following in-game video options to these settings:
Display: Windowed (Fullscreen)
Lock Cursor: Checked
Max Foreground FPS: 60
Max Background FPS: 8
Large Cursor: Checked
Texture Quality: Low
Shadow Quality: Off
Physics: Low
Clutter Density: Off
Anti-Aliasing: None
Low FX: Checked
Then click “Apply” button and click either “Accept” or “OK”, whichever pops up.
Basically, just put all video settings as low, play for a while, then increase video settings as desired to see if it’ll work well.

Thanks, I had to also reduce the resolution considerably to play at all. No pretty graphics for me.
I’m having the same problem, both in seasonal and regular characters. Has support had any answer?
