Does anybody know if this stacks? Will Tasker increase the rate that the bolts zap by 50%? I guess it depends if the bolts are considered minions.

I would never have thought to put Divine Well and Taskers together, very random.
What made you think they work together?
Nope, it does not increase the attack speed. Taskers will only work with your own summon pets.
Wasent sure if the shock bolts that come out of divine well were considered minions, as they move on screen before disappearing
