I tried to run.and run around the outside for quite a while and it wouldn’t let me get overwhelmed - went from a level 40 or so to a 90 just running around the outside of the area of play before it killed my toon 
OH, I think I know my mistake - I should have stopped WW, and just walked/ran around the outside.
