New M4 iiMac 24gb, 1tb - Needed to delete my old authenticator device it wouldn’t show me a 6 digit number any more, So followed the instructions, and accomplished getting the authorization to play the game via App on iPhone.
So played the game, and noticed that I still had all of my characters (8) and they all had their gear and indications that the cubed items they still had
However, I had to go and reclaim the cube. Nothing was registered in it, even though my charactters still had items registered in the cube
I lost all of my materials in bounty, crafting, hellfire, key stones. Primordial ashes.
Paragon still registered on characters, but looking at the toon, all Numbers were in the negative (-200, -110,-110, -110 etc)
And the Altar was totally reset. My pet no longer picked up materials. only getting one cache per bounty.
