It was often mentioned that the bonus from this belt should be moved to bracers.
Nearly every Build has support Bracers exept AoV (for Fist of the heaven…Heavens Fury got one…) , that could fix that problem and at the moment nobody usses lacuni. So make it usable.

That would also enable the possibility to use Cpt.Crimsons with the build again.

totally agree! It will be much more convenient 
if the affix is transferred from the belt to the bracers, then we will have a choice between two sets Guardian’s Jeopardy and Captain Crimson’s Trimmings.
by the way Lacuni Prowlers have +7% AS and +12% MS which is ideal for this legaffix
