With D4 in freefall and poe 2 still a year away from being worth playing it feels like it’s the perfect time to dig back into the smaller arpg’s. With a new season only a few hours away here I am surprised that there is little to no discussion on any of the class or general boards here. Did everyone move onto discord or is there just nothing to talk about after all these years?

Loving PoE2 tho. It’s the best ARPG on the market now and will only get better.
There’s not a lot to discuss about it, really. Most useful information about the game is on sites like Maxroll and Icy Veins and hasn’t changed in a while. This is a rehashed season that is being repeated from a few years ago because the game’s been put out to pasture.
There’s a little noise when something goes slightly wrong but then 99% of it is angry little boys sad about not getting their fixes.
As I said last week, the game’s dead. Now it’s mostly just a few botters, addicts, and sad old men playing the forum because they have nothing else to do with their lives.
But welcome to the forums! If you have any questions there are a few who still play and can constructively answer anything you want to know.

Pretty much this. Themes are recycled, no new content. Most topics have been beaten to death dozens or hundreds of times.

I’m not saying it’s bad, I’m very much looking forward to it myself. It’s just very barebones right now, a skeleton of what will be amazing when it gets fleshed out.
Now, I know “post count isn’t everything” (case in point, Bravata) but when I see someone being sus with their content, I like to do just a tad of sleuthing. Nothing major, I ain’t going full Sherlock, but honestly you don’t require it anyway since you only have 15 posts total and you didn’t even bother to make your profile private.
There’s just nothing to talk about with you, my good sir or madam, after all these years. Nothing at all to talk about, with you. At all.
At the time it was true, now D4 has taken that ignominious throne. As far as the rest I am happy to be living rent free in your head. Sorry if my simple opinions sent you into a tailspin. Hope you get help with whatever is ailing you soon.

EDIT: if you can’t afford 55 trillion dollars, could you possibly reduce the sun’s 6AM eastern glare by approximately .05%? I’d settle for that, honestly. That’s what I was gonna use the money for anyway, to build a space shade.

What to talk about the game where the content development ended and everything about the game had been explored, or figured out?
To be fair, those were almost 2 years ago. People’s minds can change, things can happen.
My high school Brit Lit teacher once told me “Fair is a 4 letter F word buddy, and I never want to hear it out of your mouth again.”
“Generally speaking” trolls are going to troll. Do you think, based on what you see in this thread, that RedPanda’s mind has changed, and that non-trolly things are going to happen?
I’m not going to pass judgement that swiftly. They just came here asking about who’s talking. It didn’t come across as offensive.
Maybe I’m out of place. Digging up multi year old posts reminded me of my stalker on here who used to do that then deliberately take out of context. Not saying you took out of context, but old posts are old. A lot can happen in a few months let alone years.
