As a hardcore DI player, I just lost about 2000 Battle Points after the last Battle Pass changed.
It might not sound much but it is very painful and frustrating to me. I got all 2400 points in this week but forgot to claim them due to my carelessness to the mail reminder and everything, at all!
I just want to claim the points when I need hilts to buy stuff in the morning cos it is the most efficient way to use the points: claim them as late as possible as there is always a exp. penalty on me.
Now, the penalty punishes careless and busy people like me, for what? I did play hard to get the points and now I cannot get what I deserved.
Please Blizzard, make some sensible and player-friendly improvement:
1, Make a time countdown on the right-top corner like the maintenance or important events. The mail reminder is just not enough. OR
2, Give us back the unclaimed points via mail in the future.
The current system is just stupid and unfriendly. There are already enough traps in reality. Why can’t we make the game a better place?
Blizzard Customer Support cannot accept suggestions or feedback.
They send out an in-game reminder email when there are 7 days of the season remaining, and a subsequent reminder when there are 24 hours of the season remaining. Sorry, but if you decide to ignore both reminders and, knowing the end of the season is upcoming, don’t hand in your Battle Pass points, that’s entirely on you.
Then deal with it and take it as a lesson to your heart. I mean they sent a mail reminding everyone that the battle pass is going to expire yet you still managed to screw it up.
Can’t expect Blizzard to keep holding your hand forever.
