[Suggestion] Improvements to all Monk sets

Ideas for improving current Monk sets

Inna’s
concept - focus on Mantras and Mystic Ally.

(2) Set:
Increase the passive effect of your Mystic Ally and the base passive effect of your Mantra by 100%.
(3) Set:
Cyclone Stike gains all rune effects and damage its damaged increased by 100%.
(4) Set:
Gain the base effect of all four Mantras at all times and Epiphinay gains all rune effects and increases duration to 20 seconds.
(5) Set:
When activating Mystic Ally cast Blinding Flash with all rune effects (15 second Cooldown minus any coodown reduction bonus remains).
(6) Set:
Gain the five runed Mystic Allies at all times and your damage is increased by 750% and damage reduction by 5% for each Mystic Ally you have out.

Uliana’s
concept - focus on Exploding Palm and Seven-Side Strike interaction.

*Change Exploding Palm to Uliana’s original 2 set bonus, every third hit of your Spirit Generators applies Exploding Palm instead of casting manually. Critcal hits cause Exploding Palm to detonate (with remaining DoT damaged applied) as well as death. (Any buffs/debuffs in effect by the skill causing Exploding Palm to detonate are also applied to Exploding Palm to solve snap shotting requirements. If a skill has Mythic Rythm buff, critical or increase damage, etc than Exploding Palm’s damaged has the same buff applied).

(2) Set:
Every third hit of your Spirit Generators on an Enemy effect by Exploding Palm casts Sweeping Wind with all rune effects.
(3) Set:
Exploding Palm gains The Flesh is Weak, Shocking Gasp & Esscence Burn rune effects.
(4) Set:
Your Seven-Sided Strike deals 777% its total damage with each hit and gains the effect of every rune.
(5) Set:
When Seven-Sided Strike ends cast Serenity with all rune effects.
(6) Set:
Increase the damage of your Exploding Palm by 9000% and your Seven-Sided Strike detonates your Exploding Palm.

Sunwuko’s
concept - focus on Seconday Skils & Techniques.

*Change Vengeful Wind bonus from increases the maximum stack count of Sweeping Wind by 6-7 to to Sunwuko’s original 4 set bonus, every second Sweeping Wind spawns a decoy next to the last enemy you hit that taunts nearby enemies and then explodes for 1000% weapon damage for each stack of Sweeping Wind you have.

(2) Set:
Your damage taken is reduced by 50% while Sweeping Wind is active & increases the maximum stack count of Sweeping Wind by 7
(3) Set:
Mystic Allies cast Seconday Skils & Techniques (Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush, Wave of Light, Sweeping Wind, Exploding Palm, or Dashing Strike) when you do.
(4) Set:
Sweeping Wind gains the effects of all runes. Dashing Strike cast Inner Sanctuary with all Rune effects (20 second Cooldown minus any coodown reduction bonus remains).
(5) Set:
Increase Attack Speed, Movement Speed, Dodge Chance, and Resistance to all Elements by 2% for every Sweeping Wind Stack.
(6) Set:
Seconday Skils & Techniques (Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush, Wave of Light, Sweeping Wind, Exploding Palm, or Dashing Strike) have their damage increased by 1500% for each stack of Sweeping Wind you have.

Raiment
concept - focus on movement with Dashing Strike/Tempest Rush and Spirit Generators

(2) Set:
Your Spirit Generators have 25% increased attack speed, 400% increased damage, and all rune effects.
(3) Set:
Every third hit of your Spirit Generators on an Enemy cast Breath of Heaven with Blazing Wrath and Infused with light runes (16 second Cooldown minus any coodown reduction bonus remains).
(4) Set:
Dashing Strike spends 75 Spirit, but refunds a Charge when it does. Dashing Stike gains Blinding Speed, Radiance, and Barrage runes. Tempest Rush gains Tailwind, Flurry, and Electric Field runes.
(5) Set:
Every third hit from a different Spirit Generator skill, increases damage reduction by 10% for 10 seconds and stacks upto 6 times. (Altenate between at least 2 different Generator skills at least every 10 seconds to build & maintain stacks)
(6) Set:
Your Spirit Generators increase the weapon damage of Dashing Strike and Tempest Rush to 60,000% for 6 seconds and Dashing Strike and Tempest Rush increases the damage of your Spirit Generators by 6000% for 6 seconds.

You certainly are shooting for the moon. They are never going to do sweeping set changes like you listed. Also, your changes basically eliminate rune selection since so many skills proc all runes of an ability or give you multiple runes of abilities for free.

Plus you have 2 different sets focusing on Tempest Rush.
