Can you make the Oathkeeper a weapon power in kunai cube a thing for Crusader or is that a no?
No. The Oathkeeper is a Mighty-Weapon that only Barbarians can equip.
Your Crusader can extract the Power from it, but they will not see it listed in their Kanai’s Cube.
If you find a Legendary item that has a Power to extract and your current Character cannot equip that item, you can still tell if the Legendary Power has been extracted or not. (See info below).
