What if there was a new game mode that makes the endgame more diverse?
- Normal - unchanged
- Nightmare - unchanged
- Hell - unchanged
After you have finished hell, you could create games where…
- A1 - A4 monsters are as “worthy” as the ones from A5
- Waypoints disabled for not cleared areas.
- Entering a new area is only possible if 90% + ? of the monsters in the current area are dead - “den of evil” quest-like.
This as an option when creating a new game. You’d have the option for classic baalruns/mf-runs or some cool teamplay.
Nah. Let’s just leave it the way it is.

Im usually against changes but this sounds ok, maybe needs some finetuning though, it wouldnt atleast directly effect coregameplay in my eyes. Would give an equal or some cases less optimal way to exp/farm but would allow for change of scenery and more replayability of the existing content.

leave it the way it is , it’s called a remaster. Go make your suggestions in the d4 forums.

Two stubborn anti-votes and one thoughful, open-minded post - is that all, community? Guess many are busy fighting each other in the ploot topics that pop up every 5 seconds…
Other question: Where do you farm once you reached a high level in hell? Only baal runs or the few level 85 areas? Don’t you get bored? As Kuraharo has correctly analyzed, my intention is to see more of the (end)game without the disadvantages of less exp/farm.
When you open such a game (mode) this is meant for players who want to play together for a very long time (hours) without someone teleporting directly to the endboss. The journey starts in Blood Moore and ends at Baal or whenever the game is abandoned. When a new player joins, you create a tp and he/she joins your monster-purifying mission.
There is noone teleporting to Andy and or Mephisto or Contess if you are still in Blood Moore.
