kicked off server twice, decided to reload the game and stuck on loading characters screen. Tried to reboot pc - didn’t help, tried to run scan/repair didn’t help either (saying repair isn’t needed).
update - heroes loaded at last, but i can’t start the game, it says only available to party leader while im not in party
same here, stuck on loading characters screen with 395002 error code. I was playing for about half an hour on T6 on HC and then game kicks me with “Game session closed” dialog and then drops me to login screen. Now, when i’ve relaunched battle.net app it even not showing me friends list, only “Add a friend” button.
Same problem here, Battlenet cannot connect.
I get login error, i did login only through ingame menu, and went automatically in Americas Region without my hero list (my heroes are in Europe region).
I logged out and change region to Europe, tried again (inside game menu) to login but i cant , no heroes can be retrieved and i get error “Code 1”. Seems problem is in Europe server.
Sometimez i can login, it shows me whole heros list but when I try to select one of them ends with message “There was an error loading the hero. Please try again. (Code: 395002)”.
There must be somethings wrong, I cannot see even my profile from profile pages from all regions:

External pages like D3Planner also has problem to import main profile with error “Failed to retrieve profile”.
guys, found an exclamation mark on battlenet app saying blizz got issues with authentication servers (“we are investigating” etc)
Cool… but now i can’t even login into Battle.net app

Same here. Stuck on Loading screen on the Europe Region.
Tried Scan & Repair. (Not needed).
Tried to log in to the Americas Region — No problem.
Tried to Log in to the Asia Region — No problem.
