I cant get my character to go beyond level 13 in Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls for the PS4. Is there anything I am missing.
Thats a hard question to answer as you didn’t mention things you have done to attempt getting past level 13.
lower the difficulty. Also, if you play the campaign it will naturally get you past that level 13 hump you are stuck. You dont even need to fully complete act 1 to hit level 13 at the easiest level.
