Can anyone clarify this question in general discussion?

Strongarm Bracer proc mechanics?

Many of the old mechanics threads are no longer there. I was wondering wether Strongarm Bracers proc on the hit that applies knockback, or only after the knockback and therefore the 2nd hit? In my particular case I was wondering about the Fist of Heavens - Reverbation mechanic. Would the Strongarm bonus damage apply on the first cast or only on subsqeuent casts? Similar question for the legendary gem Bane of the trapped. Would this one trigger on the first hit (since enemies are knocked back…
