Storage Cellar dungeon doesn't register as being explored

Summary: Storage Cellar dungeon register as being explored when walked through, and conflicts with the Storm Cellar dungeon. The quest check mark indicator in the “Nooks and Crannies” achievement incorrectly registers the Storage Cellar dungeon as the Storm Cellar dungeon.

I was working on getting the Nook and Crannies Exploration Achievement, and was exploring the Dalghur Oasis. I needed to find the Storm Cellar and the Storage Cellar. I had found the Storm Cellar in a previous game, and waited until the Nooks and Crannies checkmark indicator appeared, which it did, before leaving and starting a new game. I returned to the Dalghur Oasis and found the Storage Cellar. I cleared the dungeon, and waited for the checkmark indicator to appear. During this waiting process, I left and reentered the dungeon. After leaving the dungeon, I checked the Nooks and Crannies Achievement, and the checkmark indicator for the Storm Cellar had disappeared. I entered and left the Storage Cellar numerous times, which caused the Storm Cellar checkmark indicator to reappear. I also tried buying and selling items to the merchant in the Storage Cellar (who was the same merchant present previously in the Storm Cellar). Throughout this process, the Storm Cellar indicator disappeared and reappeared multiple times - it was reproducible. I was able to get a recording of it which I will attach to this thread.

I was playing a Demon Hunter on Torment XVI in Adventure Mode (Solo Play). My Character’s Name is ‘Valla’ (Like from HotS). In this specific spawn, the Dalghur Oasis had the ‘Blood and Iron’ bounty. The bounty I had in the prior spawn where I found the Storm Cellar was ‘Kill Torsar’.

The Exploration Achievements are a lot of work, especially with rare dungeon spawn rates. Anything to help fix this would be greatly appreciated.

(The link is formatted weird because I couldn’t post this with a link, although in the ‘How to Write a Good Bug Report’ post it specifically recommends attaching screenshots or screen recordings, so I’m spacing it out to get around the filter)

You might need to rerun the instance. On very rare occasions, it won’t register a first run. Call it a missed code check, where something as simple as a missing ; will cause an issue. All coders have done this at some point.
