If there were any changes forthcoming, we would have had a Patch on Tuesday.
It was probably not needed and all they have to do is turn on the Season.

There’s nothing to patch. Since there are no balance changes or bugfixes, why would there be a patch?
FYI, switching themes on and off does not require a patch. Everything needed is already in the game, they only need flip the switch on the server.

The only “Patch” from here on out will be when the game updates for the new recycled Theme to go Live.

They do not need a patch for recycled season themes and rewards. The life support machine is works just fine. 
Would be nice to have some semblance of balance with each Theme rather than just run Necro.

Season 31 is still live and Season 32 is still not here.
Season 31 ended last Sunday.
On the Americas Region.
Asia Region Season 32 started a little over 14.5 hours ago.
Europe Region Season 32 started a little over 7.5 hours ago.
On the front page of battle.net app it said’s Season 31 is live. Don’t blame the players for noticing its the 12th today, and we know season 31 ended on Sunday. Blizzard is choosing to still have season 31 showing live on there page. Their choice. Not ours.
