My stash is replaced by another players (I guess) its not my items anymore.
I try to do a Rollback but get an error message, Error code: 78cf9d1c-d3a7-4245-85a9-a8826c00ca26
Earlier today 19:45 CET today I stopped playing, when I returned now, stash was gone, and other items were there. I play on a private game so no other players there, Only me has access to this computer and this account.

Season 31 ended at 17:00 CEST today; your seasonal DH called Test is now in non-season.
The items that were in your seasonal stash were sent by in-game mail to non-season; if you look in the bottom left corner of the screen while in a game, there should be an envelope there. Click on it to open it and see a list of all the items it contains.
You now need to move the items that you want to keep to your non-season stash — do not delay too much, the items will keep for only 30 days or so. After that, the mail disappears and the items still in it also.
Blizzard used to post a blog about the end of season process… the last one they did was for season 14, but most if not all the info in that blog is still relevant. You will find the blog here:
