Start Game Greyed Out - Unable to join game, only available to party leader

how does one go about getting a refund on a game that the company functionally turns into a brick? what are your options, blizzard admin, when the game makers deny you a refund? if you pay for a game that worked then is turned into a brick, how do you go about reclaiming your money…a brick isn’t what you bought…is there a Chinese govt. official I can ask? which Chinese agency do you file with? please mister admin, can you ask your overlords?

I have tried. didn’t help!!
And I just found out that , I can not chat with friends on battlenet app, my message can not send out.
In the meantime, I can play other games on battlent app.

Good morning.

I have such a problem. I can’t create a game, I can’t write to chats, I can’t invite my friends to the game. When I try to write in chat rooms, it gives an error 315000. The game does not work!
The Enter Game button is grayed out. When I move the cursor over it, the inscription is displayed: “This feature is available only to the group leader.” This happens in all game modes.

It seems to me that this error is associated with automatic blocking and it does not work correctly. This can work if unscrupulous players blame another player for a false violation.

I have never had such problems because I usually play at night. But yesterday I decided to play in the afternoon, on a day off. Literally after 30 minutes of the game, everything was blocked. It became impossible to play.

Weekends pass, but the game does not work, how to understand this? I bought a game and I can’t play it!

Saturday, Sunday, Monday - three days off are lost! The third day I can’t play the game! The problem remains the same when you enter the game, the button to create a game, even in single player mode, is not active.
I paid money for the game and I want to play it at a time when it is convenient for me to do it! I am very angry at Blizzard!

P.S.
The issue was resolved in technical support. As I expected, the automatic blocking for speed dialing in the chat worked. They removed the lock and it worked.

so the tech support sends you here…and then the admin here, gives you the same story…no word on how to fix this, but we know its a problem…hang tight, we know it make take years and we are hoping you muted players just disappear…lol…ah man gotta love blizzard, can’t wait for the phone game to come out, so I can deal with the thousands of micro transactions, they are sticking in it…oh if your lucky you might even get to say “Taiwan #1” without getting muted…anyways, ill wait for the Chinese admin, to clear it with Xi Jinping butt on whether or not they can crap on players some more…my guess is they can

You can purchase the new same game and restart the whole thing.
Blizzard will be so pleased you do that.
May take awhile get back to the same status but starting a new season makes the same thing.
The whole reason of this problem is players got reported and Blizzard automatically muting the players no matter what, so just don’t play in public and cause feuds with others, otherwise you go through the same problem, coz simply Blizzard doesn’t wanna deal with complaints.
Be super nice and don’t use offensive terms in Blizzard’s territory if you still wanting to stay.

This does not make sense.
You shouldn’t be needing to buy the game all over. No one here can’t even play the game cause of a bug from Blizzards side, they even admitted this in this thread…
Or you can buy the game for us that can’t play it, since you so dearly defend them.

Why is this taking so long to fix? We need answers now. How many more players need to report this issue before you fix it? How are you going to compensate us? This is ridiculous.

I’m not taking anyone’s side. This should be an easy FIX for Blizzard system experts, but they are not doing for some reasons. You imagine if this happened right after they released D3. I’m sure they’ll lose so much benefits, profits, and reliabilities. They have already lost many players spreading Code52 without taking players’ excuses. For me it’s seems like they really don’t care about people losing their account, but this is about you’ve spend so much time, efforts, and dedication obtaining gears, so people are pretty much addicted by now and cannot leave Blizzard. Geme system is different from D2 now. Blizzard’s games are in their hands, and if you don’t follow their rules, You are Out. That’s how I took their action not letting reported players to play, coz there are still many people playing D3 right now from same region. So don’t use profanities or any implicated offensive remarks, voting to kick players may get reports as well. Possibly these people had problems with their demeanor in some way I guess.

ok so again I guess they really not doing anything because they found out the folks who cant log in are flag/mute accounts in there eyes its like meh these people did something they not suppose to to get the muted we dont have to fix anything.

sad thing is they have every right to take there time if they wanted they can out right ban for any to no reason so let see what they trying to do lol I think the lesson here is dont get muted lol

No, I disagree. They have to have a reason to take your game from you. They brought in the mute instead of banning people to stop the dwindling player base I suppose or thay they had found out that most gamers can’t stand each other and the amount of people they were banning for verbal reasons was too great. You can’t implement something and then say ‘aah you know what we are going to ban you instead.’ It has to be written somewhere in the Tos.
I was thinking though the last time I played this was on the PTR and then I logged out. Now PTR is not available I can’t log in. I think it’s somehting to do with that. If they turned on the ptr I bet this would be resolved. Character code stuck in the nether somewhere, stuck between worlds and can’t find my way back!

Many people took Blizzard’s actions in vain in the past.
Probably you people have noticed many streamers getting banned for unethical and inappropriate language usage.
Blizzard can wipe your name off from the server within the few seconds and just tell you to check your e-mail and it’s done. If you think I’m wrong then you can continue do your acts. All my friends on my list are feared of Blizzard now, we even started thinking every our chat is monitored. For that reason we just playing discreetly. I’m not certain that this action is tentative or until your mute period is over but if you wants to play Blizzard’s games then just don’t mess with them.

I think I will go the opposite route…when they finally fix this…plus everyone knows Taiwan is #1
