Can’t play the game because it is grayed out. No I did not get any silence email or anything like that. I am tried restarting my computer and restarting my modem and router. I have tried deleting blizzard files from my %ProgramData% file. What do I do?

“Only available to party leader” messaging usually only happens when there is a silence on the account, however, there has been times where it happens not because of a silence. That is a bug that is currently being investigated. That said I did check out both your accounts and do not see a silence, but I did go ahead and refresh the accounts just in case. Give it a try again. If the error continues it most likely is related to the bug that is being worked on.
