Staff of Herding vanishing

Crafted the Staff of Herding in act 4, It consumed the required materials and then never put the item in my inventory.

I have tried relogging to see if it will how up that way and still no Staff of Herding.

Staff of Herding Bug Season 28

I farmed all of the mats for the Staff of Herding and the recipe. When I crafted the staff, my mats were used but I did not recieve the Staff of Herding.
