pretty much I have killed the guy 300 times now and it has not dropped, why is this drop rate so low or is it bugged. I refused to believe it is actually this low considering it says online it has a 10% drop rate, by my numbers I should have seen it 3 times atleast by now.
same issue here… been farming this guy for 3 hours non stop… no drop… other items was like max 2 hours total all of them…
