The WD Spirit Barrage rune “well of souls” is casting with no skill animation. The character makes the motion when the spell is cast, but the skill itself has no graphic or animation showing. The Monsters are taking proper damage, so I believe the bug is purely aesthetic.
I’ve seen that happen when the Low FX box is checked in Options.
