When are Season Start usually announced? General Discussion

Assuming S28 starts on the 24th, when are the final notes/season start going to be announced? Today is 2 weeks before…do they announce it the week before? I thought it was earlier?

S27 is wrapping up shortly but does anyone have an educated guess as to when we can expect season 28 to start?
