When re-rolling the Spectrum Sword in Kanai’s Cube, it is possible to obtain its Primal version?
It should be possible if the Sword is Required Level: 70.
They can begin dropping at Character Level 31.
If you get one, that’s great. But, I don’t know why you’d waste currency to Reforge one. There’s nothing really special about the Sword except as a Transmog.

I would wager it is the #1 weapon transmog used.
