Lost sound within D3 yesterday.
Sound is enabled.
Other Blizzard games have sound working fine.
Have scanned and fixed files twice.
Tried everything I can think of, but no sound.
How do I get this fixed?

I know missing out on sound is a huge thing for Diablo 3. Need to hear them goblins. The first thing that comes to mind as only diablo 3 is not working, is checking the volume mixer.
Just right click the speaker icon on the task bar while Diablo 3 is open. In here, select “Open Volume Mixer”. Find Diablo 3 and make sure there is no red line on the speaker.
Next, if that did not help, let’s fully reset the game settings.

Thanks for the quick response and the volume mixer was the culprit. Never saw it as I always shut down the game before trying something else to fix it.
Knew it had to be something simple. Appreciate the help and the correct answer!
