Some versions of Win 10 cannot play D2R

I already know Win 7 cannot run D2R, so I make a dual-boot Win 7 + Win 10 system to play D2R, but I find some versions of Win 10 still cannot play it and crashed immediately.

Win 10 LTSB 2015 (version 1507): crashed :x:
Win 10 LTSB 2016 (version 1607): crashed :x:
Win 10 LTSC 2019 (version 1809): :white_check_mark:
Win 10 21H1: :white_check_mark:

My laptop information:
Quad-core Intel i7-6700HQ @ 2.60GHz
16GB RAM (2 x Samsung DDR4 2133MHz )
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M
(Nvidia driver upgraded to the newest by GeForce Experience: 471.68)
1960 x 1080, 60Hz

Was curious about LTSC 1809 working with the beta; thanks for the info! Hopefully that’ll also be the case with launch.
