Hi, Some items(ramaladni’s gift, puzzle ring) do not drop.
Boon of the hoarder too(I’ve done 81 lvl greater rift
I have played several seasons ,and have not had this issue until season 18.
Please help me out Blizzard.
Bad luck is not a bug.
Boon of the Hoarder first drops from Greed. If you’ve played as much as you claim, you should know this.

That’ s not entirely correct. BotH CAN drop in GRs, it just happens very rarely.
Actually this happened to me in this Season 18. I knew beforehand that this might happen, but nevertheless i was quite baffled when i saw it lying on the ground.
The first time Boon of the Hoarder should ever drop is from Greed, i.e. the end boss of the Vault. After the first time it has dropped, it can then drop again from Greater Rift Guardians.
A couple of patches ago, a bug was introduced whereby if the hero had completed a Not The Cow Level this allowed Boon of the Hoarder to drop from GR Guardians, without the hero ever having been into the Vault.
