Both Archon buffs wear off at the same time instead of just the one which got carried from Swami. This occurred when the Elite jumped to my character. MSR, Swami and Unity were in Cube.

Solved not a bug.
I watched your video and if you pause the video you can see you moused over the buff which indicates quite possibly you clicked the buff off. (Yes you can do that. You can click the Archon stacks off of your character.)

Yep, this is exactly what happened.
You can actually see that the 147 stack is your current Archon, and the 140 stack was your Swami stacks.
At this point, you can see you still have both, the 140 stack is your Swami stacks and the 147 stack is your active Archon stacks. Your Swami stacks are just about to expire and you have a couple extra seconds on your Archon stacks.
Now you can see that you actually cancelled your active Archon, the 147 stack one, by right-clicking on the Archon stack counter. You cancelled your Archon a few seconds early. You still actually have your Swami stacks active here, but not your Archon because you cancelled it. Even though I can’t see your mouse in the video, you can tell where it is: it’s hovering over your Swami stacks in this screenshot. You can tell because the pop-up dialog box is visible. You probably passed over your Archon stacks a split second before and cancelled them with a right-click.
Then your Swami stacks expire a split second afterwards. In real-time it looked like they dropped at the same time, but they actually didn’t. Your Archon cancelled first as you passed over it with your mouse. Then your Swami stacks from your previous Archon expired shortly afterwards, right on schedule. No bug here.
