SoJ and CoE should stack

so SoJ and CoE should stack accourding to the tool tip definition since SoJ equals all your elemental dmg to the highest and CoE increase a single element by 400% and rotates but that shouldnt matter, so at all times you should have a min of 400% elemental dmg no matter the roll on CoE

SoJ applies to your highest static elemental damage bonus. For example an item that says +% to lightning damage would apply to all elements that your character is capable of. The CoE effect does not count as static elemental damage.

If you are saying that CoE should count for SoJ’s effect, we’d be that much closer to blowing away monsters in GR150 like they’re papier-mâché. No thanks.

If it did, it would make all other rings obsolete. every single person would be centered around this and that is bad for build diversity; So no, this should not be allowed (even though I would very much like the added power, I use SoJ but this would be too much.)

It would be utterly impossible to rationalize any other ring configuration.
