were all running a gr 107 4 man and dense mobs gave us complete lag with latency dropping to red multiple times.

just did a seasonal GR, one necro present, two other players and i as a zmonk.
at least two of us (includung me) got killed with the strange note:
“was slain by a !!Missing!! - 52021:P6_Necro_Simulacrum_Male_Set!”
apparently, this issue was on the ptr as well:
Hi there. So I was doing a GR 110 on Soft-core/Non Ladder with 3 other players, and I recall getting to an elite pack(blue guys maybe?), and next thing I know me, along with the rest of my team was killed by "!!Missing!! with error code 52023:P6_Necro_Simulacrum_Male_Set
